
Customer Service Specialist (Warehouse direction)
Germany — Messel (near Darmstadt)
Responsibilites:
1.Answer customer inquiries, follow up exceptions, coordinate issue handling;
2.track compensations and after-sales, ensure customer satisfaction;
3.guarantee first reply within 30 minutes and solution within 24 hours.
Requirements:
1.Good communication and service awareness;
2.Chinese-English or Chinese-German communication ability preferred;
3.cross-border e-commerce or customer service experience preferred.
